Training Band

Aldbourne Band is establishing a Training Band, to encourage more youngsters to take up playing brass as a hobby and to continue the 150-year tradition of high quality brass-banding in the Village.

If you are learning to play a brass instrument or percussion please come along we will be pleased to see you at 7pm on Tuesdays at Aldbourne Memorial Hall. Contact James Sheppard 01672 516888 for more details.

If you used to play a brass instrument and would like your son or daughter to learn why not come along with them and polish up your rusty playing skills. Not only will it encourage the youngsters but you may find brass banding is something you'd like to get back into. We may be able to help supply you with an instrument...but then again you may have your old one up in the loft!
